And the absolute absurdity of things is that the KHSAA will give Trinity a “half point” RPI credit for facing these outstanding opponents, win or lose.

In HSRatings.com they would be #2 in Kentucky and only 1 point below Trinity.

  • So many great programs are in Southwest Ohio that any KY team looking to “beef” up their schedule doesn’t have very far to travel. And it doesn’t have to be the private GCL schools. Public schools lik

We don't need the KHSAA for anything.

I think you can add sophomore Jeremiah Quick and incoming Freshman Mark Stivers to that list.  Both have the size and ability for eventual D1 offers.

Is Jeremiah related to James?

He is James nephew…. son of James sister.

Is there a Green-White game this year? I can’t remember the last time I’ve been to one but I remember they did it when I was there.

In recent years the Rocks have not really had a “formal” Green/White game. There are so few days before their scrimmage vs Springfield (OH) that the KHSAA allows full pads/contact that Trinity has had more low key intra-squad action prior to their Springfield scrimmage. I suggest you plan to attend that scrimmage. Springfield has a very strong football program.

Will there be a stream of the scrimmage against Springfield?

If so it will be the NFHS Network. Check Trinity Athletics Twitter week of the scrimmage.

Well, I am hoping you and some of our other T members will check it and post it for us.

The scrimmage is listed in the Trinity page on NFHS Network.

Have heard recently the team has suffered some rather large losses, mostly up front. Senior DL Xavier McKinney who has looked unstoppable in the spring alongside seniors Sebastian Blue and Juleone Carney suffered a potentially season-ending injury.

It also appears Carney has decided to reclassify to 2028 (a practice Trinity does not endorse) and he has transferred to a prep school in Massachusetts. It appears the Rocks defense will have to grow up quick before the brutal schedule!

Hate to hear that about McKinney.

Those could be season changing injuries. Prayers for all three of those young men.
