I meant that as a smaller private school they’re doing what Trinity is doing just at a smaller level.

I would absolutely love see Murray win, but I don’t see it happening. CAL is just too good and frankly might be a top 3-5 team statewide, which is enough of a reason in 3A. And this takes nothing away from Murray and the season they had, they have a very good football team. I just think CAL is quadruple that and why they are as formidable as they are. CAL has had some very good teams over the years and this is their best one in my opinion.

If CAL is as good as advertised, this should be a running clock. Unless Murray can rush for 300 yards again this week. The Murray team I saw scrape by Lloyd was good but this CAL team is suppose to be in a class of it's own apparently.

CAL doesn't play any 3A opponents other than what they're required to play (I.e. district games in regular season and then the playoffs).  The last good 3A game they had was Central last year (Central beat CAL in the regular season).
