The Tigers had no answer for Zane Johnson who torched them for 276 yards through the air and 6 touchdowns. One of best QB performances I've ever seen. Trinity defense was also dominant. Trinity special teams were special by blocking FG and returning it for TD plus also blocked a punt. Only chink in Trinity armor was giving up a TD reception by Marlon Harbin.

Marlon Harbin may be the best player Trinity will see all year.

Total beatdown.

Great W for the Rocks. One of the best Playoff's ever.

Congrats to X on their season though.  Some didn't think they would get this far.

Think Coach W would reconsider and agree to stay around for a few more years?

Can anyone opine as to why the Scoreboard went dark as soon as the clock struck 0:00 ??

They always turn the scoreboard off quick which annoys me because I've looked to double check the score to make sure I typed it right and it's turned off. I now make sure it's right before doing anything else.

It was cold for a few minutes.

And then the temperature didn't matter because it was too much fun!

Everything is clicking for the Rocks - like it is supposed to be in Game 14. And nothing working well for the Tigers, who looked very ordinary (outside of Harbin).

The most points scored in the series for a team!

By the way, Zane Johnson 51 TDs and three interceptions.

He's now just three away from tying the school record for most TD passes in a season.

A lot of good QBs have come before him.

I will say it's still dumb that Trinity had to play at St. X.

But...

Always good to get the win, and it was very cool late in the first half when the 'Green' and 'White' cheer was going and was loud across the field. The student section and a bunch of Trinity fans on the small side, but a lot of Trinity fans were also on the home side. It was pretty cool.

Proud of the Trinity students and fans - it was a Green and White takeover!

For nostalgia we have the Jefferson County Champs against the State At-Large Champs this year.
