I’m guessing What MNH doesn’t know won’t hurt them.  He got away with doing it at O for a few years before they found out.

Owensboro 56-35

Owensboro's offense should be able to roll through this one. Two things that would strike me as areas of concerns: 

How does Madisonville respond to their upset loss to the Apollo Eagles? The Maroons turned the ball over quite a bit, but I imagine if they could sustain long drives on the ground and keep Owensboro's offense off the field, then Owensboro may struggle. Yes, they may be one dimensional offensively, but Hightower is a legit stud and easily one of the best RBs in the state, IMO.  

Madisonville's O/D-Line is solid and executes their jobs very well. They are big up-front, and do a great job at creating lanes for Hightower to run. Their O-Line gets to the second level well! Defensively, they are great at plugging up holes and force running backs to bounce the ball outside. Their linebackers also do a great job at providing run support and getting downhill. 

Despite these questions, Owensboro still has the opportunity to win by 2-3 TDs IMO. This is a huge district games for both teams. Do not downplay their loss to Apollo, the Eagles are starting to come together at the right time. Madisonville is a tough place to play at, too!

So if Madisonville beats O then Madisonville is the 2 seed.  Is that correct?

I'd be kinda thrown off if North scores 35 point unless 14-21 were on the JV. Apollo & OC both have better offenses than North and neither scored more than 21. I believe the Devils defense has gone under the radar since the CAL game.

If we lose it will be a 3 way tie. The RPI will determine the 3 way tie

Yep and O almost run-clocked OCath except a TD was called back that was late and bogus.  OCath got 14 very late in game with a gift of about 45 yards of penalties, then a fumble by a backup that set them up in the RZ with a couple minutes remaining.  You said it….O is pretty solid defensively and has really good speed.  I’m being somewhat generous with a 10 point win, but AT MNH is going to give them a lot of calls.  Only way MNH wins this game is if several big plays/TD’s are called back on O or multiple turnovers that gift points.  I don’t think 35 is given up nor anything close.  Maybe 3 TD’s total.  High water mark O blows them out, low water mark, O turns the ball over 3 times Plus and is penalized over 100 yards for. Close MNH victory.  I think the probability is really in a fairly called game, O wins 42-14.

RPI will determine seeding since it will be 3-way tie. Apollo would fall to #3 and would more than likely face Greenwood. What are the predictive rankings for District 2?
