My concern with Belichick is that neither him nor almost anyone else involved in any way (staff, GM, etc.) have any college football experience. The job isn't easy; just because you coached in the NFL doesn't guarantee anything in college football. And it wasn't like The Hoodie was killing it in New England the last several years. 1
