Raceland is coming off a 17-14 win over Ashland, and will be traveling to Louisville.

PRP comes into this matchup after a one-sided defeat to Trinity.

Trinity's stat report shows a pick-six, a scoop and score, a kick-off return score, and SIX offensive touchdowns on SEVEN snaps. That's efficiency on a level I don't think I've ever seen before.

  • To be honest, Raceland has trouble getting teams to schedule them and I would say this game was a matter of convenience.  Personally, I like it because these two teams have never played.     Mo

Somehow this is one of the easiest games for PRP this year.

Raceland came into 2025 running with a triple threat in the backfield. Expect that to continue with Stiltner leading the way and Marushi providing the change-up. Arnett will be the third choice but many teams would be happy to have him as a first choice.

The Rams haven’t aired it out yet, but it’s coming. If PRP stacks the box, look for Raceland to start slinging it around.

What can we expect from PRP?

From what we saw on Friday night of PRP vs Trinity, not much.

Unfortunately, their do-it-all QB got hurt in the first half. Word I heard was broken collar bone.

I expect Raceland to leave Greenwood Rd. Friday night with a win.

Interesting scheduling. I get why Raceland travels to Louisville  - a chance for some nice RPI points. Is PRP traveling to Raceland next year? Why would PRP make that trip?

Running clock. Raceland is the top team in Single A right now IMO.

Most local schools have dropped Raceland.  They claim they lose players to Raceland when they can’t beat Raceland. I contend those schools lose players for other reasons. But…….

Come on PRP, seriously? No stats by Tuesday evening?

I seriously have a problem when a school doesn’t put stats in.  How am I supposed to mentally prepare for a game when I don’t know what players do what?

Heck, their roster has 11 players with jersey number “0”!  11 players!  Come on!

Oh, I think it is a solid move for Raceland to schedule PRP. It would be a great RPI win. But I am wondering is PRP traveling to Raceland next year? If yes, why?

I don’t know for sure, but I think it’s a 1 for 1 contract.

I would say PRP scheduled it thinking they could beat Raceland and Raceland would win a lot of games and give them some RPI points.

But Raceland returns almost everyone next year and it will be a hard win for PRP both years.

Raceland gets the win.
