Does Taylor have enough pitching to keep Trinity at bay???  If not, expect another blow out game. 

 

If Tennessee commit Cole McClean is available to pitch for Taylor County in this game I would give them a chance vs Trinity.

The Thorobreds' Brian Vaughn hasn't given Wolfe much to work with from the mound.

TC got a runner on first, Freshman Reace Vaughn laced a double down the line (kid is batting about .400).  2nd and 3rd I think no outs - safety squeeze ties game Vaughn to 3rd - Sayre moves outfield in with one out to try to cut down run at plate - deep fly ball ends game 7-6 TC

Uhhhh…they have a Tennessee Commit that throws 90ish.  McClean has thrown 57 innings - a couple tonight too.  1 earned run that I believe happened after he had a man on first and left the game.  119 Ks.  19 walks 15 hits 0.12 ERA.  Yes Trinity is tough but they’ll get to see one of the best if not the best pitcher in KY.

Something I just found out about McClean - he won the KY Gatorade player of the year  - quite the CF also and solid hitter.
