Just put the 8 biggest schools in one half, and the 8 smallest in the other half.

I say keep it the way it is, or go to a class system. The small schools already don't have a chance. This would only make it impossible for them to win a single game.

I totally agree with you, there was more fouls called on Taylor in the first half, then Adair had to start fouling in the second half. Taylor played a very good game and Adair got very frustrated.

Adair County has fallen off a cliff, won just 3 of there last 11, but maybe they can turn it around.
