I listened to his interview with @ChiefSmoke and Chuck Smith and coach  Bathiany had me wanting to start my own school so I could start a football program. You could tell they would’ve  talked to each other for hours. One of the best interviews on the coaches podcast.

He did a super job. My favorite part was his approach to install & evaluating players.

Would anyone agree he ended in a better spot than if he had gotten the Highlands job (granted he put in for it)?

Coach Bathiany definitely ended up in a great spot for himself and his family.  And Moeller ended up with the better head coach.

Right, it happens in big boy football on all levels.

OHSAA playoffs will very interesting just north of the river in 513 territory. Especially if there are some rematches on the horizon.

Down year for Lakota West but a huge game this week with GCL rival St X at the University of Daytons Welcome Stadium. I was told it was the Moeller ADs choice to play this game there, no clue if they inquired about another location.

Tough end of season for Moeller. I thought they were championship caliber team at beginning of season.

The GCL teams devour their own.
