I was looking for Bishop Brossart also... surprised they arent up near 20!

Ashland probably isn't on the list because of some bad early-season losses; they're playing better now.

 

Of the teams in the 16th, I would have picked Russell to crack the top 20.

 

Brossart's recent loss to Pendleton County keeps them off the list.

Ashland has a great shot to get to Morehead and maybe even get to the Sweet 16. But they play just about any of those teams in the top 10 and it will be the same result as the trip to Maysville.

And your point is? I was answering your statement about them losing to every team in the Top 10 by 40 like they did to Mason..it's a false statment like I said before, so just keep throwing cheap shots as Ashland!!

Brossart has had one of the easiest schedules in the entire state. Their best win is against the 8-7 Holy Cross Indians.

BTW, not all teams voted on are listed. In the "others receiving votes," in both the boys' and girls' polls, only teams with multiple votes are included. I know this because I voted Clark County 10th, and they are not listed.

They beat Male so I'm with you on that one. Tates Creek has also had a couple of bad losses lately.
