Brossart has had one of the easiest schedules in the entire state. Their best win is against the 8-7 Holy Cross Indians.

Granted a couple of traditional powers like Highlands are down this year, but Mason twice, LexCath, CovCath, St. Henry, NCC twice, Holy Cross, Cincy Oak Hills, Henry Clay, Clinton County, Boyle County, Pendleton County, etc. Not many single A schools with a better schedule, and a ton of much larger schools with far weaker ones???? Who should they be playing in your mind, Oak Hill Academy, Scott County and Huntington High 8 times each??

What I meant to say was that they had one of the easiest schedules of teams ranked in the state, not in the entire state. Clinton Co, Montomery Co, Scott......NOT RANKED. I'm not saying BB is not good, I just don't think they are underrated. I could care less that they are a single A school. Don't cite games where they lost like LexCath and Pendleton, and I think LexCath was missing one of their best players. St. Henry starting to look more average every day losing to Ryle, Boone and NCC. The state ranking is not supposed to reward a somewhat tough schedule for a Single A school. It's who's the best and although BB has won quite a few games, they don't have a very impressive win on their entire schedule. I don't see them getting out of the 10th region to be totally honest.

Right now, no. During the 5/3rd they should have been and deserved to be. Right now, they aren't playing their best of ball with loses to Pendelton and Mason Co. They are missing a starter (he was injured in the Mason Co.) game. I feel when he gets back that they will be winning and looking better doing so. Even without the starter, they still have been winning some games.

Central Hardin is 19-1, but they dont have any good wins, they beat E-Town, and thats about it, IMO Lexington Catholic should be in that top 10

I agree. Lexington Catholic beat Mason County at home, then took the Royals to double overtime at Maysville. Central Hardin isn't a bad team, but they would have several losses if they played the same schedule that Lexington Catholic has.

And your point is? I was answering your statement about them losing to every team in the Top 10 by 40 like they did to Mason..it's a false statment like I said before, so just keep throwing cheap shots as Ashland!!

I give plenty of credit to Ashland when they win and make no excuses. I don't really have a "team", so whenever the teams I pull for do good or bad, I will post.

 

I simply made a statement that as good as Ashland is playing, they go up against a Scott Co, Mason Co, Ballard that they would get beaten badly. Doesn't diminish how hard the kids play, just says the 16th region doesn't have a top team in the state this year.

Only one school from Eastern Kentucky in the top 20, South Laurel, and that's pretty much on the money. I wish there were more, but reality is reality.
