I'll go with Cooper by 7. Cooper is undefeated and have a really good win over Ryle who is in the 6A championship. Will take a great effort by BG to win but they are capable. I think it will be a great game.

  • Poor lil ol BG just gonna try and than in there. Pray for the underdog Purples, cause they sure haven't seen anything like Cooper...

I saw that over the weekend and it made me curious how much a neutral field really plays in to this. Going from a three score game down to a one score game just because of location is interesting.

Look at this post for an explanation:

42-21 Cooper. I think it’ll be close at half, but Cooper hits their other gear come 3rd Q like last week.

If Highlands doesn't snap it over the quarterback's head twice in three drives that game might have ended differently. What I learned from that, however, was that you have to be clean for 48 minutes against Cooper. Highlands made a couple of mistakes and the Jaguars pounced; it was over after that.

I figured Cooper was the favorite, but I didn't realize how definite it would be. Purples getting smoked in the poll.

Cooper              100.72
Bowling Green         87.03

I'm with you; Bowling Green is defiantly a worthy opponent! I will be surprised if this game is won by more then 1 score either way.

Same with Southwestern.
