This is the battle of the JCPS traditional schools although it hasn't been much of a battle lately with Male defeating Butler 48-0 last season. This game is slated to start at 7:00 pm. Butler was 4-8 last season.

Male in the scrimmage season gave up over 30 pts to Highlands and Bowling Green which are very good teams and Butler looks like a game they can get the defense back on track. With the offensive talent Male has with OL Isaac Sowells, RB Chayce Burton, and Antonio Harris playing QB they should get things rolling but will need the defense to improve to be a 6A contender. Can Butler pull the upset or do the Bulldogs roll?

Male will win this one handily.  I look for an angry bulldog bunch to arrive early and often.  Sorry Butler.

This is a pallet cleansing opportunity for Male. There's bound to be a skunky aftertaste left over from the scrimmages.

Dawgs roll in this one.

I think its just a question of if Male makes it a running clock in the 1st half or shortly after the start of the 2nd half.

Male 42-7.

Male gets a win and tries to forget those two scrimmages.

Should be a running clock.

If not, Male might struggle more than we all think later in the schedule.

13-0 Male.

28-0 Male.

No surprise here.

It's 35-0 Dawgs at the half.
