So what is the protocol when a drone is hovering? 

Play was stopped because of a Drone in the stadium.  A drone attack at a NFL game is a perfect way for a lone wolf to execute a terrorist attack and inflict mass causalities.

Right, you would have to think this is a terror threat and an urgent law enforcement matter.  That could have been the test drone coming in and the attack in imminent.  

We are so going to get hit, and hit hard.
