Hart County at Campbellsville Predictions/Updates

Featured Replies

9-0 Campbellsville will host 9-0 Hart County… This will be a physical, slobber knocking contest…

This one is exciting. Should be a great game. Typically you’d say this is just for bragging rights but a win here could have huge RPI implications for both teams.

Campbellsville could make a statement here.

I’ll be pulling for the Eagles, but it will be a very tough game.

Gonna be 100% honest here, I'm not sure the Eagles can hang with Hart County this year. I think Hart rolls in this revenge game by at least 2 scores if not more. I agree with gchs_uk9 that the RPI implications are huge for both teams. Hart has a shot at #2 RPI in 3A while Campbellsville has a shot at #1 RPI in 1A.

Number 1 in RPI changes very little for Cville. Still have to play Raceland or Pikeville and you still get it at home.

On the contrary, a 2 RPI for HC seals a potential home game in the semis.

If Cville loses to Hart this week, I will have lost all hope of Cville competing for a title.

I don’t think there’s been a year in the history of the KHSAA where Hart County was better than Raceland or Pikeville. This season is no exception.

Hart County has some impressive wins. They are a solid team. A loss would hurt, but could be beneficial as I'm not sure they faced any adversity this season.

Glad these two made it here undefeated. It adds a helping of grandeur to the game. Selfishly, I hope both sides leave it all on the field this Friday.

Hart County's ground game is the real deal. They've proven it against their best competition, averaging around 8 yards per carry against Green County, Glasgow, and Franklin-Simpson. No one has had an answer for it.

Run defense happens to be a strength of Campbellsville's this year, allowing 67 yards a game. Something's got to give there.

I think Campbellsville gives just enough for Hart County to extend its dream season to 10-0.

I’ve seen both of these teams in person, I’d like to go watch this one, because this is going to be a battle.

Campbellsville is so fast at getting to the football, it’s hard to get much going against them offensively, and they have athletes across the entire field to make up for mistakes. Offensively they play solid football, and can do almost anything offensively, so they are hard to defend.

Hart County is much faster than one would think, and they have a big and strong offensive line. They will pound the football at Campbellsville, and I’m not sure who gives first in this matchup.

Give me Campbellsville in a nail bitter, 21-20.

I THINK C-Ville gonna represent. Give me Campbellsville by 7

Eaglesup 14-7
