If Simon Kenton wins 6A, I'll change my screen name for a year to "OwnedbyMaddenCurse44".

So to be clear, with Simon Kenton being ranked 10th in 6A on BGP and 7th in 6A by RPI, you are saying you think Simon Kenton could win the 6A state championship this year supposing they were to face T

Of course they are.

That doesn't mean "anyone in the Top 10" can win 6A.

And by "we," please tell me you don't mean SK...

Imagine how a team like Meade County must feel this year.  If they were still in district 2, they would have had a chance to advance to round 3 of the playoffs this year.  As it is though, with now being in district 3 instead, they're more than likely looking at a 1st round matchup with Trinity and an early exit.  That's a tough break.

@MaddenCurse44If you want to call somebody out, let's have a conversation, not hide behind emojis. You know I'm not the one.

They was 6-4 that year.

They were. With a season opening loss to a state runner up NCC team, a Conner team with one of the better rosters they’ve ever had, a really good Boone Co. team, and they had a pretty bad loss to Ryle.

I followed that SK team closely. Had family on that team. They had one of the best QB’s in school history, an SEC caliber player at RB, a lineman that went to Ball State and actually played as well as one of the best LB groups in the state.

Let’s not pretend that 08 team and this team are remotely the same.

However, even that year they went to the state final (huge accomplishment) and lost 48-0 in a running clock situation to the clear favorite. 6A wasn’t “wide open” that year either.
