No, not even close, at least generally speaking. 

I think Boone Co got a raw deal and you see this a lot like Warren Central they build new schools just so all the good players can go to the new school and try to make it a powerhouse. Sometimes it works and sometimes it don’t but nearly always a once proud program loses all their talent.

I don't think anything would have helped Boone County, Florence is a pretty decent area but Boone County mostly serves students with parents that live paycheck to paycheck.

I’ don’t  really understand what that means I don’t think a families monetary earnings affects an athletes ability.

I do.  A lot of the families that attend Boone are poor, barely surviving with some living in extended stay hotels.

We have a real controversy here, lol. 

I was on State Championship St. X team that played Boone Co in Championship. Was very cold and turf was hard as concrete since frozen. We won 3-0. Kicked FG late in 4th quarter. It's sad to me that the once great program of Boone County has fallen on bad times. If you combined Ryle and Cooper that would be a great team in 6A.
