Around the 9:30 mark in the video shows the play. I missed the facemask when watching last night as I was looking at the extension to see if he was down.

What a heck of a game!!!! Dixie came to play and they exposed things Beechwood will definitely have to fix going forward for sure. Beechwood definitely lacks in size across the front line and it really got a light shined on it tonight. The one thing I can say is they never gave up. The missed tackling is going to have to be addressed and quickly or this team will stand no shot against the upper teams in 2A. This is going to be a real test for Jay Volker to get straightened out in time for the real games that are coming toward the end of the year. 
 

I was so impressed with Dixie last night. They kept the penalties at minimum and really showed how they can enforce their will on another team cause that’s what they did most of the game to Beechwood. Both teams leave this game feeling good about certain areas of their team and knowing they have some stuff to work out. As an alumni of Dixie Heights I am excited where their program is going!!!

I may be blind but I miss a face mask in the video too. After watching from that angle, I definitely see how the officials make that call. True relay review may overturn it but from what I see it seems right to me.

I think the facemask is clear in the video. When I watched last night, I was looking at the body and ground and didn’t even pay attention to the head. Just saw another video of an official standing right over top of the play who had to have seen it as he wasn’t obstructed.

Just rewatched and I see it clear now too.

Seemed like his hip hit down before the final stretch. Really tough call with NFL review let alone not having any. I was way off on my pick. Should’ve gone out to this kne.

We learn more about every team each week. Two weeks ago Trinity was back to being the greatest thing in KY football. After last night, Trinity fans are ready to shake up the whole staff.

As of today I am going Beechwood 56 LCA 52. That very well can change as we get more info next week.
