January 17, 200719 yr He would have to sit out this year anywhere he goes. He will be able to get more reps in practice, and have a year to develop the system and then its up to him and sticking it out.
January 17, 200719 yr I don't know what all is going on in Arkansas, but from everything I've seen and read, I like what Houston Nutt brings to the table. And let's be honest...he has one of the great names in all of college football.
January 17, 200719 yr Louisville has been mentioned in a lot of places. Kragthorpe has a relationship with Mustain, trying to recruit him. And Louisville seems to get mentioned everytime a big named QB wants to transfer. Mustain would have a chance to start three years at Louisville since he still has his redshirt, and if he couldn't beat out Hunter he'd still have two years. If Simms doesn't end up a Cardinal, I think Louisville is a real option.

January 17, 200719 yr Maybe Mustain wanted to play for a team that was more pass-oriented...Arkansas is virtually all run. I can see why he would be frustrated...it sounds like he may have been told that the Hogs would open the offense up more. I'm not faulting either side...it seems like it may have just not been a good fit. I wouldn't have any reservations about taking him in if I were U of L.
January 17, 200719 yr I hope there is more to this case then Mustain being a blue chip recruit who gets beat out in practice (by Casey Dick) and transfers. The whole package deal with his High School Coach was shady as well. I heard Oklahoma, Tulsa, and Louisville as all possible schools on ESPN earlier.

I don't think they were complaining about the OC I think that they were complaining that the OC wasn't really in control of the offense, the HC was.
