A true champion and a sir, great for the game and great for many college players, rest peacefully.

I work with a guy that played for coach Crum in the 90's.  Very sad to hear this news, he was definitely one of the good ones.

His coaching accomplishments speak for themselves, but by all accounts, he was a genuinely good human being.  He and Joe B. were pretty funny to listen to.

Denny got Joe Hall to loosen up.  That alone is worth the Nobel Prize IMO.  

Never was a Louisville fan but always thought Crum did a great job.

RIP Coach.

Jim Calhoun taking UConn to national prominence and winning 3 NCAA Championships may be the only one that I can think of that did something of that magnitude.  

 

Coach Crum will definitely be missed.
