Final another #16 seed beats a #1 seed! I think they only got to the tournament for finishing runnerup in their conference tournament the winner was not eligible to go.

I’m guessing a few brackets are ruined.

The only bad thing about this is that it happened in the Duke-Tennessee bracket.

Heard this morning there were 737 perfect brackets left out of the millions submitted!! I'd say a few hundred more fell out lol.

This is also the 3rd straight year that Purdue has lost to a double-digit seed.

Purdue lost to a 15 seed (who shall remain nameless) and a 16 seed in consecutive years.

In 2021 they were a #4 seed and lost in the opening round to #13 North Texas.
