Scrimmages added in on the official schedule, and it looks like they swapped out Madison Central on Aug 25th in place of North Laurel.

Per Ohio Forum:

“Down to the final 2. Decision this week 
Both current head coaches. One from Columbus. One from Cincinnati area.”

Per Moeller guy:

“Down to 2. Bert Bathiany from LexCath being one. Should know this week. “

Anyone hearing anything at LexCath about Coach Bathiany applying and potentially leaving for Moeller?

I have no idea, but Bathiany appeared to have Catholic getting closer to a title contender, something that haven't truly been in a few years. It would be a tough loss for their program if he were to leave, although the move would be understandable.

I’ll check this one out as work with a ton of guys from Cincinnati. They’re upset with Fickell and surprised by the Moeller hire. Good luck to Bert, his dad was my dentist as a child.
