That is how things are determined. :fight: Are you talking about Florida? If they are in the record books, regardless of when they were crowned, they are the champs. I don't know if I agree with it but if thats what the books say then thats what has to be accepted.

Florida is also the 05-06 basketball champs. Or the 2007 football champs and the 2006 basketball champs. See what I mean? :fight:

January 12, 200719 yr I thought the point was that Florida is the first team to hold the two titles concurrently...it doesn't matter what seasons they were won in...the fact is, they are currently the reigning national champions in football and basketball. Has any other team been the reigning champ in those two sports at the same time? Not that I'm aware of...
