Then after UF does it, it seems like a goood time to give some food for thought to some UK fans to contemplate. No big deal IMO. Like one poster said, you are making a mountain out of a mole hill.

January 10, 200719 yr Understood, but the two titles have come in different academic years. I would think the impressive feat would have been football and hoops in succession not vice-versa. Still impressive in itself, but still different academic years.

Some say that the Tiger Slam is not truly the Grand Slam because he won the last two majors, then the first two the following season. I wasn't wanting to include baseball.. Like I said, this is more like the Tiger Slam as you pointed out...
January 10, 200719 yr It's like the Tiger slam in the fact that it was different years or seasons... It's unlike an official grand slam because it doesn't use all 3 big sports (for the purpose of the conversation, baseball is a big sport).

January 10, 200719 yr I believe releasing something like this is a bit pathetic the day after Florida wins it all in both. Looks like Big Brother is a little upset at the success of the Gators... If I remember correctly UK released this fact at a home fooball game 1 or 2 years ago.
