Someone is praying for that Douglas/Highlands final, aren't they? 

For the record, I am still of the belief the KHSAA, and the city hosting the finals, is missing out on not making the Football Finals a three day event.  Two games a day, prime times, bigger crowds per day and the city where the finals are being played would get much more tourism money for the weekend.  Plus, I think the fans would enjoy it a lot more.  And, I know the players would enjoy it more, they could have time to warm up on the field, celebrate after the game and enjoy the day they worked very hard for.

The potential Highlands vs Scott Co game is a rough 2nd round opponent to get by. Long way to go. Haha.

I'm sure the KHSAA would be more than thrilled with a Douglass/Scott County, Douglass/CovCath, Douglass/Highlands, or Douglass/Bowling Green game.

Maybe the Louisville schools could become a new 7A class so that other 6A school in the state can have a turn.?

Diablo isn't wrong. If a group of high school kids have never seen, let alone tried to defend a well disciplined Wing-T offense, it should be cause for a slight concern. I watched Fred D vs Boyle Co friday night (great coverage by the Boyle Broadcast team) and I'd say no one in 5A would honestly want to face them at any point in the playoffs.

I was thinking same thing. Give team with least amount of travel the late game.
