January 10, 200719 yr On behalf of Oldrambler who had his PC crash 4 days ago, I send out a big Congratulations to the Fla. Gators on their win. Thank you cville, I am back online after my pc was "fried" about 3 or 4 days ago. I will have my seving of crow.............again. Florida outplayed my Buckeyes in absoulutely every phase of the game last nigt. No Excuses, No whining. We "Buckeyes" flat got ouir badonkadonks handed back to us. Florida certainly deseverved the win and proved that they belonged. Imo the BCS imo got it right as far as the title game this year. I felt as far as the game the Ohio State "O" line just couldn't handle the quickness of the Fla. "D" line and that was key. Just one of many ways the Gators whipped us last night. I am already looking foward to next football season at The Ohio State, no bandwagon jumping here. For now it is on to concentrate on my U.K. Wildcat basketball.:ylsuper: GO BUCKEYES, GO BIG BLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All we / I can do is sit back and take it. I can also say that on the 2nd morning after I can proudly say that I am still a Buckeye Football Fan! GO BUCKEYES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:banana: :banana: "Don't cry bc you lost but smile bc you were there" and unless someone is a true Gator fan then NO ONE can make that claim.
January 10, 200719 yr BCS got this one right. Prior to the game, NO ONE said that OSU did not belong in it, all the focus was on UF being there. UF took care of business, and won the NC. The BCS worked this year, period. :thumb:

January 10, 200719 yr Old Fasioned Butt Whoopin! Florida may have the best D-Line I have ever seen. TS never had a chance and UF did not even need the Blitz to get the pressure on the QB. I hate that the Bucks made such a poor showing. I was scared to death going into this game. Next year could be a fairly long one for OSU with all the players moving on. Congratulations to the Gators! They are the Nat'l. Champs! :thumb: I agree BN, Florida came in and did what they had to do to win. Plain and simple. One thing for sure is that the Buckeyes will be back, if not next season then soon. Florida may be ranked pre season #1 next year, if not then certainly very high. Congrats again to the Gators and GO BUCKEYES!!!

I agree but would also cheer against Fla. vs. Ga. and Bama but I agree that I would normally pull for the SEC. I have always liked OSU Football and have an even more special interst now in that the Buckeye kicker Aaron Pettry is a hometown kid that I have watched play from JFL through h.s. at Raceland.

The OSU BB team is highly overrated. They eventually will be pretty good, but the Big Man Oden has got to learn to play some offense. I am hoping there is a rematch towards the end of March. Like Old Rambler I am still eating leftover Crow and enjoyed it with a slice of humble pie. OH-IO

I think the football Gators beat the football Buckeyes by one more point than the B-ball Gators beat the B-ball Buckeyes.
