January 9, 200719 yr I think almost anyone is a step down from Petrino, but Kragthorpe is in the Petrino mold. Look at his record at Tulsa and it will not look to dissimilar to John L's seasons in Conference USA, but Tulsa has had a LOT less to work with. I fully expect Louisville to continue to be a top twenty five power.
