Still a pretty good showing for the Polar Bears.

I caught this game on MyTownTV tonight.  I was impressed by the level of play by young players.  The Reed from BC is a Soph. and can shoot the rock.  He can score.  His little brother is a decent player too.  The Carter kid from Ashland is a 6'4" Freshman and dropped 22 points.  Leads the Tomcats in rebounds and is close to a double double every night.  Very impressive from the young ballers at the Varsity level.

If the Riherds stats are accurate, he's at 933 after this game.

I believe Porter has been cleared for practice tomorrow. Villers should be ready too. 
Although it’s at a higher level of play a good analogy is that having these two out of the Ashland lineup is similar to TyTy and Wheeler being out for UK as far as being impactful to play and team chemistry. 

Those that watched the Polar Bears for the first time. Cayden Reed #2 had some rare uncharacteristic turnovers. For a freshman 2025 he is usually cool as a cucumber. Kid is the best point guard/ floor general in his class. His brother Blake is a stone cold baller. Kid can fill it up the minute he crosses half court. Looking forward to the next few years.  Definitely worth the admission when the regional tournament is played at Holmes in a few weeks.

The Reed brothers are the real deal! I finally caught their game against NewCath recently, and my mouth dropped open time and again with OMG what incredibly quick talented players, and great and impressive in every aspect of the game. The shooting is spectacular, and boy is the frosh Number 2 some kind of relentless ball thief? That alone is worth the price of admission, and then some. 

It's going to be fun to follow their game the next few years.
