Until someone knocks off Knox Central and Jevonte Turner in a region tournament game I’m not putting anyone over them. Knox returns essentially the same team along with possibly the best coach in that region.

I've seen both N. Laurel and Knox Central play this year.  North has gained some ground on them, but at the point I would still give the nod to Knox Central.

Harlan County is another team that has to be in the discussion of winning the 13th. Right now, however, I would place the odds at (1) North Laurel (2) Knox Central (3) Harlan County
