Another crazy stat. All three times these two teams have played each other in the finals. Beechwood was the away team wearing white jerseys while LCA was the home team wearing blue jerseys.

This year's championship makes the Tigers' 16th state title in 90 seasons of football, and the Rocks are currently at 27 state titles in 68 seasons of football.

Isn't that a little misleading?  There weren't playoffs until 1959.  So only the last 62 years matter for any team in those regards.
