Trinity vs. Ballard Predictions/Updates

Trinity (4-7) hosts Ballard (8-3) after defeating Marshall County 76-0. Ballard comes into the game after defeating Eastern 44-0.

In the previous meeting, Trinity beat Ballard 20-17. Brady Willis led the Shamrocks in that game with a great rushing effort having 121 yards and a TD. Kicker Kellan McLaughlin was big kicking two field goals. RB Lucas Sasser also had 86 yards and a touchdown. On defense Lincoln Mitchell had a interception.

Ballard's Chaunte Marrero had a big game catching 6 passes for 148 yards and a touchdown. QB Tristan Hawkins passed for 220 yards and a touchdown. Keshawn Hargrove rushed for 60 yards and a touchdown.

The previous game was played at Ballard, with this game being at Trinity may prove to be more difficult for Ballard. This looks like could be another competitive game, but with Trinity's post season success and winning at Ballard the edge has to go to the Shamrocks.

kickoff is at 7:00 on Friday.

This is when Trinity starts playing their best game. They remember a close one at Ballard a few weeks back, and I'm sure don't want a repeat of anything that close.

Assuming all 3 teams make it to semifinals, will be Male/Trinity winner vs. St. X in championship because of RPI seeding.

Trinity runs away in the second half. Trinity 31-14.

First game, Trinity' s heads were swimming from all the losses. Then get first win against #10 in nation St. X of Cincy. Maybe went into the game cocky.  Did not have  Armon Tucker. Now, Armon's back, several position changes have been made, its do or die. Trinity wins but Ballard will attempt anything to get the big upset.   Close game.
