Maybe he'll get his injuries out of the way before the season this time...

Ken Griffey Jr. has had more than his share of injury problems. But this time the Cincinnati Reds outfielder has suffered an injury off the field.

The team said Friday that Griffey suffered a broken left hand in an accident at home.

Griffey will remain in a hard cast until he is re-examined in about three weeks, the team said.

Hopefully he will be ready to go by the beginning of the season.

Spring training is just around the corner.

No big deal, although any injury to Griffey seems to snowball into something bigger.

He should be fine by Spring Training, I'd imagine.

I thought the interesting part was that they declined to comment on HOW he broke it.

Ah hah, the Conine deal is making sense now :D

"Milk", it does a body good!!!!

Actually Reds can't win. With him:cry:

They can't win without him either.

WOW. How much bad luck can a guy have.

Toe injuries and missing pennant races isn't bad luck as much as it is a "soft" mentality.

By then his broken hand will seperate from his wrist and they'll have to do some miracle surgery to fix it.
