Mayfield football doesn't travel west very much these days, but the Cards will close out the regular season at the westernmost school in the state, Fulton County. The two schools shared a district for many years before Mayfield moved to 2A in 2015, and it was as one sided a series as you could find anywhere. Rarely was Mayfield's margin of victory less than fifty points.

The Cards and Pilots actually have one thing in common this season: both destroyed Ballard Memorial by sixty points or more. 

For Mayfield, this should be an opportunity to get the future of the program significant reps. For Fulton County, regardless of what they're up against, this is their Super Bowl.

This seems like an odd game for Mayfield to schedule.

Only one they could get at the time. They were not on the original schedule. Better than no game, I guess.

With the way things are going I would be very surprised if they even play, it’s a very scary situation,Mayfield and Graves County have been lucky not having to cancel/miss due to Covid.

I will not be surprised if they say no more football this year.

Mayfield schedule is usually pretty strong for school with 208 boys, fulton co. Lost early games with Tennessee teams, picked us up for reps, game canceled cause fulton is red county. Good luck with playoffs

Fulton County has been a little snake bitten this season. The Pilots are 1-5, but have losses by 1, 4, 6 (in overtime), and 16. A couple of breaks and this team has a winning record.

Fulton County currently sits at 14.4 per 100k -- which is well below the 25 threshold for Red. They are solidly yellow.

Graves County is in the Red. Is that what you mean?
