Sometimes it doesn't matter if you know it is coming. If it is well executed, it still works. John Stockton and Karl Malone ran the pick and roll for almost 20 years in the NBA. Everyone knew it was coming. Yet both are in the Hall of Fame.
March 9, 20206 yr I watched the game last night on an ESPNU rebroadcast and I watched it with Kunkel's dad. We got so caught up in the game on a couple of occasions we had to remind ourselves Belmont won because it was looking like the Racers were going to take it. What a dramatic ending (after all those timeouts) to an amazing college basketball game. Congrats Belmont! I have my fingers crossed for an 11 seed.

We got so caught up in the game on a couple of occasions we had to remind ourselves Belmont won because it was looking like the Racers were going to take it. Lunardi currently has (14)Belmont playing (3)Duke and (6)Iowa playing (11)UCLA. How cool would it be to get the pleasure of seeing AK and CJ go up against each other again with a sweet 16 birth on the line. Not to mention Duke inevitably being upset in the 1st round wouldn't be the worst thing ever.

They are nowhere near as good as they were last season. 14 feels about right.
