UKPat02
I almost had to mute the TV last night during the UNC/OSU game the way Dicky V was talking up Greg Oden. They were comparing him to Ralph Sampson, Patrick Ewing and Hakeem. This begs the question- is he really THAT good? Cause I'm having a hard time believing it without him having played a minute of college ball.

UKPat02
Is he 37? He sure looks like it. Are we Robert Parrish hasn't resumed his career under the assumed name of Greg Oden?

Oden is getting similar accolades and comparisons, to those centers as an incoming Freshman....least that's what I interpreted.

This is a very talented, versatile teams without him and he wouldn't have to score a significant amount, to help OSU win. His mere presence on the floor, would cause match-up nightmares. The way he is being portrayed, you would think the guy is coming back from his Freshman season averaging 18 pts., 10 rebs., and 3 blocks a game... from the hype he is receiving, this is about what I am expecting.
