My question is will England/Ryle be able to consistently run the ball at Highlands.

 

If they can, this game will be close, if not, give me the Birds.

Weinrich has always excelled against teams that are one dimensional. For those that will say Ryle does pass, that is not their bread and butter. Highlands will focus on taking away the run game and forcing Ryle to beat them through the air.

I think he had about 20 yards against HHS last year. And he’ll be facing a tougher D this year.

I was just stating what he ACTUALLY did last year. It wouldn't surprise me if England ended with about 50-70 yards and maybe a score (2 at most). If that means "shut down", I guess is up for each person to interpret. Those numbers are a pretty good game for some, I just don't think that's enough to carry a team to victory. I can tell you this, 14 points isn't going to beat HHS.

I’m curious to see if Highlands will be able to run the ball effectively against Ryle. I know Hollingsworth is dangerous when he takes off. But, I want to see if Highlands can be successful handing the ball off to Buten or Brune.

Nope, He may rush for 200+ and 3 TD's(Hope not). Problem is I'm not sure that's going to be enough for them to get the W.

I agree. They should be able to significantly slow down a one dimensional team, or state titles will be hard to come by.

I doubt Highlands ever overlooks anyone, it is too good of a football program for that.
