I think you are describing Trinity...the game Thursday is just a warm up for Glendale...

 

No I was speaking of Diamond Dandy He said Ryle by 21 that is building them up pretty much. I think Trinity football has earned the respect to think of themselves as favorites in this game (something like 16 championships)but I think Ryle can win if they can keep the ball away from Trinity by pounding it out.

 

But ask yourself this if Ryle can't run the ball is there passing game good enough to beat Trinity

I don't think it will because no one all year has been able to stop the run. Why would Trinity be any different?

It seems that Diamond Dandy is the main culprit of foolishness on this thread and he is a Ryle baseball fan. I would take Vince over Corey Farris any day of the week. Vince is much stronger and just as fast and equally quick moves and better cutting ability. Remember, Corey only plays one way. Play Vince one way and you have a dominating H.S. running back.

I have asked most of the Camels defensive players, since I am around them some because my son is one of them, to compare Farris to Murray. They faced both of them twice each this year. It was unanamous that Farris is much faster and quicker than Murray, Murray being stronger. Farris also played alot of defense and special teams. That being said, they also said that they would rather face Farris because of Ryles line was much better.

I don't have a dog in this fight, I was just curious what they thought about this. I wish Ryle good luck and I would love to see them beat Trinity.

No one in HS can throw an 85 mph slider. If there were, then they would be a 1st round pick in next year's MLB amateur draft.

Ryle has what we consider a pretty good line coming from NKY. If they can protect Benke, he throws a good ball.

Benke can throw the ball good even when he's in pressure. He is a heck of a player. And a great leader.

You think Farris running around them and Murray running straight at them had anything to do with this? He may be faster (and def quicker) but I don't think the word "much" is accurate.

If I remember correctly Ryle had a close game with Dixie and Boone two teams that CovCath killed and Ryle scrimmaged CovCath in preseason and CovCath killed them and I remember Flynn personally dislocated the QB's jaw.
