Pirates at Reds (3/28 - 3/31)

I am going to get this party started! I will be down there working today. Anyone else going?

My brother will be there. I love this day and Baseball season.

I am just hoping that Spring Training was not a reflection of what we are going to see this year. Votto and Suarez struggled mightily at the plate and the bullpen seemed to get hit around pretty good.

Key to a successful season is getting off to a good start and here is hoping that occurs.

From a very selfish standpoint, it has to be better than last season. Woof.

Votto with a one out double in the bottom of the first. Now, let's see if Puig or Suarez can drive him in.

Well that Dietrich HR got me REALLY excited!

He was excited also!!!

Hernandez works his way into rhythm and guts out the save. After those first four pitches, I thought the Reds were done. He wasn't close on any of them.

1 down, 161 to go.

What a day yesterday. Woof, I am beat. I joke that the reason they are always off after Opening Day is the the beer vendors can recooperate.

That was some party yesterday. As I was driving into work this morning passing through the Banks by GABP, I saw a young couple still in their Reds gear stumbling to get into their Uber ride. On the other side of the street, the street cleaner vehicle was plowing through a lot of debris. It was just interesting to see with the game finished 12 hours ago.
