Great job Red Devils. Keep it up. One more to go to defend the Championship. :dancingpa :dancingpa

Great Game

Congratulations Red Devils

Congrats to Russell. Nice win, and two to go. :thumb:

Great run for Corbin. They proved that they belonged on the field with Russell, and that they were no fluke.

Very True :thumb:

Congratulations to Russell, and great effort by Corbin — I didn't give them much of a chance to keep it close, and they definitely proved me wrong.

Corbin has a great football program. They were one score away. The Red Devils played an excellent game. Congratulation on a Regional Championship. Belfry here we come.

Congrats Red Devils! Props to the Redhounds; they came to play. Their QB was very tough and we really could not get any pressure on him all nite. Tyler Jones had another great game as did Kasey Clark and Jacob Sizemore. Roadtrip to Pirateland next week. Should be a dandy! :fight:

Tyler Jones to Kasey was the difference... Kept Corbin playing catch up all night. On D , glad Sizemore is back ....

Corbin did very well for a road game so far away from home .. they came in expecting to win ...

Evans was solid too! Our kicking game is back on track!!! :thumb:

Congrats to Russell on the win. I was hoping that my Rams could join you at the Pizza Box in a couple of weeks but it didn't work out for us. Good luck to the Red Devils the rest of the way.

Nice game played by both teams. Corbin only loses 5 seniors and stays in double A next year. Look for them to make some serious noise next year.

Russell, celebrate tonight and refocus tomorrow. We know how tough it is to win at Belfry, but the mission continues.

It would have been great to have both teams in Louisville. Rams had a great season though, there's definitely a program in place. Thanks for the support, we'll have our hands full with Belfry next week.

This is no slight on Corbin but the final is closer than it should have been. Russell went way to conservative in the 4th quarter. Running straight into a VERY GOOD Corbin defense just was not going to cut it. I thought Corbin had the best defense that Russell had faced all year.

Corbin did stack the box. Really had 10 in the box the whole fourth quarter which Russell should have taken advantage of but didn't. Trying to run the ball and the clock almost allowed Corbin to come all the way back.

Tyler Jones had an Awsome game. So was Cashen. Both quarterbacks made plays all night long and will be back next year. Not a good sign for opponents of either of these teams.

You really got to give credit to the Redhounds though. Every time Russell would start to pull away. They would answer back. They played their hearts out.
