Moeller (OH) is looking for a head football coach...again.

Not that education is not important, it is. My point is there are translatable skills to the "real world" that can't be taught in the classroom. A football coach is a very important teacher for boys and young men and I hope that isn't overlooked. 

In almost every profession, there is a very difficult phase that you have to go through to be successful. For example, being able to lean on the fact that you, as a football player, were able to go do 6am workouts when it is 10 degrees out in February, or get through a few weeks of fully padded practices when it is 85 and humid out in August builds a mental toughness and a self-discipline that can't be taught in a controlled, air conditioned atmosphere.
