Bo spoke at the UM football camp I attended years back and was one of my heros. RIP to one of the greatest of all time.

Unfortunatley the name Schembechler does not resignate with many kids these days. But you talk about laying the groundwork of an amazing program and for the game in which will take place tomorrow...

What a great loss for College Football. Bo WAS Michigan football. This is sad news to that program, and the rest of the country.

 

If this in any way gives UM any added incentive against tOSU, then Bo will smile a little wider. :thumb:

As if there wasn't enough emotion for tomorrow's game as it is, this is only going to add to it. The Wolverines will be playing some inspired football tomorrow.

Big loss for college football as a whole; esp'ly for the team up north.

 

Here's a stat for you...in 25 years of coaching - 5 at Miami Ohio and 20 at the team up north - Bo never had a losing record! Now that is something to hang your hat on.

I thought this was going to be about that singing group called the Dead Schembechlers. I hope that group keeps a low profile for a while.

 

I like Bo's old school attitude. My favorite Bo moment is when Steve Frieder announced right before the b-ball tourney that he was going to another job. Bo immediately fired him and said something like "a Michigan man is going to coach Michigan."

I don't see how it doesn't. Bo is Michigan football, and was still very involved. GO BLUE!!!
