Too many people/Parking and stuff I would assume.

Sounds like Meade likes to run the ball, too. As always, I expect a great high school game in Union. I like the Raiders' chance for advancement to the semis. Go Raiders and keep on playing smashmouth FB!

Meade's real achilles is depth. Only 45 dress and only 18 or so will play. I agree Cannady can be a difference maker, but only as a passer. He doesn't possess the speed necessary to break the running game open.

 

One of the problems for Meade Co.

 

Ryle will pound and pound and eventually a missed tackle or a split second late non-tackle will turn that first quarter 4 yard run into a 40 yard run by Grey or Murray in the fourth quarter.

 

Ryle's kicker is a weapon too. And the return game is quite good. Punting wasn't great the times I saw them

 

Murray is in the backfield on defense about every other play so you better have someone who can block him and then give him some help.

Honestly it's about time a 4A school outside of the Ville had a chance.

 

 

They have had plenty of chances over the last few years. Just because they almost never made it past the Louisville schools doesn't mean they are "due," they have to earn their trip to the title game just like all the other schools that have made it there.

No they don't they won't play a Ville school until the final. They aren't a top 2 team in the State. However, since they don't have to play a Louisville school Ryle has a very real chance of going to the state final.

I think Ryle puts up another W sinilar to their wins over Campbell and Dixie. It will be a close game for a couple of quarters but they will wear down the Greenwave and eventually win by 2 TDs.

Ryle just beat the best passing team in northern ky, compiled major yardage on the ground against a team that held Boone to under 200 yards.

 

Murray puts up 200 yards and 2 td's, Gray puts up 100 yards and scores, Smitty sneaks in a TD and Ryle scores on at least 1 turnover.

 

Held Campbell to 10 last week, don't see why they would give up more then that next week.

My wife tells me this craft show is a big draw. For what it's worth the booster club sent out an email to the parents saying that Ryle will be using a shuttle bus to move people from parking lots near the school to the game and the craft show. Parking will be available at Gray Middle, Mann Elementary, and St. Timothy church.
