UCF isn't good enough to make the New Year's Six. They are going to lose.

Kentucky'sssue is not an offensive scheme issue. Players are open in the passing game, Wilson doesn't see them or is late with the ball. This is a QB issue plain and simple.

That's how I see it. Wilson sees the open man, but his timing and delivery is way late. But there isn't a better option. I think Wilson has room to grow, but it's obvious that he doesn't trust his arm. UK has to be in the bottom 20% when it comes to passes of 20 yards or more.

Not against UK right now. Their offense is good

everybody says there isn't a better option but what other options have gotten a legit chance?

That's what we hear. Gunner Hoak didn't show much in his opportunity. Other than that, I can't answer your question.

You don't have to worry about Kentucky anymore. They aren't making a major bowl now.

What opportunity? He's had what 4 or 5 possessions? Wilson has had 95% of the snaps and isn't getting better. I say you play Gunnar against Middle TN the whole game and see what you really have with him.

Yep. And this marks another missed opportunity to take this program to the next level. No way we should have gotten handled like this against Tennessee.

Well, that takes an entire offensive adjustment. They are two completely different QBS

Might be just me, but I can't recall a D1 QB that locks in on a receiver so distinctly from the snap and so rarely checks down to a second or third receiver. Never seems to read the defense and know who is likely to get separation before it happens. Is film room the answer?

UK's speed on the offensive side is not very good. Wilson is the only player I see who has explosive type speed, and for whatever reason he rarely runs the ball anymore. Bowden is a good possession receiver, all of the other WR's don't appear to be SEC quality.

Wilson and Gran are an awful combo.

THIS is definitely spot on!! Surely the sorry offensive play for the last 5 1/2 games has to be a combination of these 2, flat out embarrassing, defense is just getting worn down and worn out! 8 3 and out stops the second half against Missouri!! HOW does the other team get 8 poss in a half?? Answer, because your offense is unbelievably bad!!!

Hoak doesn't appear to have much arm strength and with UK's lack of pass protection, his lack of mobility would be a real problem.

I wish I could remember who actually said two weeks ago that this team was better than the ‘77 team. I’ve seen both. No chance.
