There were three options. The main option was same side going deep. There was a wide open receiver on the opposite side of the field about 10 yards down field. Then you had the QB rolling into the flat. Good defense by Georgia covering the main receiver but there was an open receiver on the play.

I'm not sure how anyone can continue to be surprised by the play calling. No offense to you, but it's been this way for a while now.... turrible.

No way he is throwing that ball to the other side of the field. QB was behind the line of scrimmage. He did not want the ball.

He lost the play when when he turned his back and rotated to short side. The is a TW problem - not keeping his eyes downfield on the move.

 

But Gran is not calling a great game so far.

First down run up the middle is a wasted play. Only thing it does is run the clock.

Stenberg got his dirty play out of the way in the first quarter this week.
