These two met last season in a tournament at Corbin which Corbin won by 25, 87-62.

Estill can win this game but they have to play extremely well like they did against Knott Central.

It's taken the Engineers a long time to get here.

It would be nice if they could stick around until at least Friday.

The top 6 for EC is pretty solid. I think Corbin pulls it out late but I think it’s closer than most think.

Estill County has to use the same strategy they used to win the region——control the pace of the game. Corbin will attempt to press and speed the game up but Estill has 3 good ball handling guards that don’t turn over very easily. And the 6’5 Doty twins and 6’3 O’Hair gives them good size once they get into their half court game.

But it’s a must that the Engineers don’t have many turnovers vs a solid Corbin defense.

On defense they’re going to need Corbin to have an off shooting night, which doesn’t happen very often, and limit them to one shot. The Doty’s did well in defending the basket in the region by altering shots and getting several blocks. They’ll need to do the same here.

For Estill County to win this game the score can’t be any higher than the 50’s, preferably 40’s.

Hounds with a lot of bite to go with the bark, derail the train.

Rooting for Estill County, but I think Corbin gets the win. Redhounds by 8.

Co-sign.

I think we agree on every 1st round game.

Bad sign for you.

ASB's enthusiasm for his Engineers is contagious. I'm ready to ride the train to Lexington.

All aboard!

This will be an interesting game and whichever team can control the tempo will more than likely win this one.

I'm ready for the tournament to start!
