This is the one I was going to go with but you beat me to it...

The Seinfeld episode (Marine Biologist) is one of my all time favorites. Many great scenes but the episode in its entirety is a true classic...

Seinfeld ugly baby.

 

"What does a yellow light mean?" is hard to top. I love Taxi and watch every chance I get.
