I can respect what you are saying DH but Ashland is a MUCH stronger team than ANY of JC's opponets this season. The Tomcats will play 4 qtrs., I can promise you that.

I hope it is a 4 qtr hard faught game it will benefit both teams in the long run and give us fans at JC an interesting game to watch. I just want to see both teams come away injury free.

That is why you can't necessarily use the standards Johnson Central has set against the other teams on their schedule and apply them to Ashland.

That is somewhat true. You really can't judge any team by what they did or did not do in the previous week or weeks. The old saying "anybody can beat you on any given night" holds a lot of water. All any team can do is follow their game plan & make the necessary adjustments as the game unfolds.

In all honesty I doubt that the boys at JC could have practiced any harder than they already have. Couldn't be any better prepared. I guess we all will just have to wait and see what happens Friday. I believe the boys are confident at this point and that should say enough to Ashland. I hope Paintsville is getting the fire truck all shined up for Friday....they may need to hose a few down lol.

This is the best team that either will have faced to this point. These 2 are the class of the district and this is only preview to see which team will host the district championship next month. I hope both teams bring their "A" game...

This game will be the game of games in East KY. this wk. end. NO DOUBT! I think Ashland is a good team and they will come ready. JCHS will come ready as well. This game has too much craziness around it to even call. This game will live up to the hype it has been building for a yr. now. I CAN'T WAIT!

The field at JC SHOULD be dry. The tarps are out and the rain stopped today about 1:30 or so. I believe the drain problem is fixed now, and the field shouldnt be a problem.

The point is...no yak about it.....JC confidence level is high and no Ashland supporter should think that this will be a fear factor game. No forfeits.....just a plain good ole game is expected.

The confidence level of both teams will be high. Do you not think that the Ashland players have confidence also. I heard no mention of "fear factor" from any Ashland supporter. When was the last time these two teams had a (forfeit) game?:confused:

I hope it is a great game and that the fans involved conduct themselves in a manner that doesn't take away from all the hard work & dedication these kids have put into making this matchup happen. I also hope that all the players play this game without injury.
