1st Down Beechwood. The Tigers overpowered Raceland on 3rd and short.

When's the last time the state championships were played in Lexington?

1976.

The games were at Commonwealth Stadium that year. All throughout the 60's and early 70's, the championships were played at Stoll Field in Lexington.

Raceland sack.

Good thing too it would have been a TD if he had a little more time.

Raceland can't stop the run or the pass so far.

Beechwood at the 30 going in.

Mescher with a reception, Tigers on the 18 going in.

Raceland does not look like they can pass defend.

Excellent video feed for this, I'm impressed. Raceland is going to have to open their offense up a bit to have a chance in this one. Beechwood's offense looks great against a solid Ram defense.

Beechwood controlling the line of scrimmage.

Looks like 1st and goal at the 8.

2nd and goal at the one.

Beechwood is killing Raceland at the point of attack.

Davis TD for Beechwood.

Not the start Raceland wanted - three and out on offense, then a Beechwood TD.

Great drive by the Tigers.
