This is getting out of control. You would think in this day and age that this sort of thing would be rare, but sadly it's as prevalent as ever. We have a cultural problem here and women continue to pay the price. Hopefully, with all these women coming forward, things will change.

When you say this day and age, do you mean compared to 50 years ago or 500 years ago?

Seems pretty clear to me. If you do something to someone else's body that they do not want, at best it is sexual harassment and at worst, sexual assault. I guess that it's the non-touching actions that have to be decided.

How many of these claims are coming with felony charges? I ask because I haven't heard of any. I dunno about other states but in KY there is no statute of limitations. If a victim cares enough to speak out then charges should follow suit.

Cares enough was probably poorly worded, although I do believe some of these accusations are fueled by more than just a victims tried or them seeking justice but that's a different topic altogether.

Do you realize what women go through when they try to do the right thing at the time? Trust me, this hits home for me and I've seen first hand how women have to deal with the absurd accusations.
