I was just looking out my office window here in Louisville at how hard and steady the rain is coming down and thinking about the same thing.

 

I think we may see a good bit of Casey McGinness in the wildcat like we saw in the second half against Lex Cath. Still, I would also like to see how effective AJ and his receiving corps can be in the rain. This weather reminds me of a night back in college when I drive up to Miami and watched Ben Roethlisberger throwing laserbeam passes to his receivers in an absolute downpour. I'd love to see a reenactment from the Colonels tonight, ha.

I think tonight is the perfect opportunity for CovCath to work on their passing game in the rain.

 

I talked to a few different people about Cooper's refusal to move the game and the one positive I stressed with the peeps on the blue side was it may be raining the night you play Bowling Green or raining during the State Championship game so think of tonight as an opportunity to get better.
